2. Driver Requirements

• Minimum age: 21 years old (25 for luxury vehicles)
• Valid driver's license held for at least 1 year
• Valid passport or national ID
• Valid credit card in the driver's name

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking or vehicle pickup. We accept major credit cards and cash. A security deposit will be held on your credit card during the rental period and released upon vehicle return, subject to inspection.

4. Insurance Coverage

All rentals include basic insurance coverage. Additional coverage options are available at the time of booking. You are responsible for any damage not covered by the insurance policy.

5. Vehicle Use

• Vehicles must not be used for illegal purposes
• Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles
• Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangement is made
• Vehicle must not be driven off-road without authorization
• Vehicle cannot be taken outside of Morocco without written permission

6. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same fuel level. The fuel level will be noted at the time of pickup and you simply need to match it upon return.

7. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your reservation at any time without any penalty. We understand plans can change, so we offer a completely flexible cancellation policy.

8. Liability

The renter is liable for any damage to the vehicle, theft, or traffic violations during the rental period. You must report any accidents or damage to us immediately.
